We are a large Events Management Company started in Europe early 2010. We have a deep knowledge of what it takes to run a successful high profile event whatever its complexity from site selection, through contract negotiation, project management, building an event program, and problem solving that leads to successful execution for any business event.
Due to the recent circumstances of COVID-19 we added some additional services to match the market needs, so our current portfolio includes Online, Hybrid and Physical New Normal events templates.

A. VIRTUAL EVENTS:
Online events aren’t new, but converting a large conference into a remote event, within hours or days in some cases, is fairly novel. As we are an Events Management Experts in Egypt & the Middle East, Konzept Lead had a backup plan ready to put into action in order to cope with this challenging time that we are experiencing nowadays.
The main focus is to help our attendees take part in one-on-one sessions and a slew of activities from anywhere in the world. So we designed some online programs that feature pre-recorded and live-stream events and sessions that attendees can view the latest debuts at their convenience using advanced platforms features like the 2D, 3D platforms and the regular platforms.

B. HYBRID EVENTS:
In a hybrid event it’s possible to attend lectures, conferences, workshops or any corporate activity face-to-face, but also online. This is achieved by transmitting a conventional event online through live transmission or by configuring a virtual space that reflects the physical event. In this template we offer a mix of services between the virtual & physical events.
